Since the Halloween event is coming up I was wondering if I should keep these or not. I have been farming Gates of Kryta on both accounts and started tossing them in bank for no reason.

Keep them....there will be collectors out during the event that will trade for them.

I would keep them yes. You can exchange them for party items, drunkard stuff, etc.

3 emblems = item

I would recommend farming the feather things. They are 1=item. You can farm them in Jaya Bluffs.

Yep. They will be worth party/sweet/ale items. As Leet Tankur said the ratio is 3:1.

you were right on the orr but wrong on the feathers. you're thinking of the wrong scalp. the scalp he would need is outside LA.

Caromi Tengu drop the scalps you need and you need 2. Unless its changed then all bets are off. Regardless orr emblems are money in the bank, I just farm them off and on all year when im bored.

Plus i seem to get alot of black and white dye. Not sure why that is but, HEY im not complaining.

Now Angel has me second guessing myself. Is it one or two Scalps?

One scalp at Halloween, two at Wintersday. The scalps trade for Spiked Eggnog at Wintersday, so I, personally, would not waste them on anything available at Halloween. Only one-minute alcohols are available at Halloween, and few people want them these days given all the three-minute alcohols that are around.

*sighs*Looks like I am gonna have to grab my SS Ranger and SS Rit and try to HM farm NK Province for scalps. Er soon as I get SoS for my Rit. Secondary account doesn't have it unlocked yet. >>

you can also trade them for party points during halloween which, if you're selling, are worth much more than alcohol.

I suspect one three-minute alcohol will sell for at least twice as much as two party points, and probably a bit more. My advice is still to hang on to any collectable used at both festivals that can be traded for Spiked Eggnog at Wintersday. For anything else, I agree that party points are your best Halloween investment.
